History

Wunder-Mold was founded in 1996 by William A. Martindale, three years after his “retirement” from a company he founded in the late 1960’s. “I needed something to do at age 79”, he would tell friends. And so he chose to establish an injection molding company, specializing in the molding and processing of ceramic materials as well as thermoplastic parts. At that time, injection molding of ceramics was largely unknown and Wunder-Mold was one of only a handful of companies in North America capable of the procedure.

Driven by William’s relentless pursuit for high quality and on-time performance, Wunder-Mold quickly became a major supplier of ceramic parts to the beverage dispensing industry, producing parts commonly found in soft drink dispensers throughout the world. The worldwide use of Wunder-Mold ceramic parts became the catalyst for ISO 9000 certification of the firm in 2006.

Today, the company supplies parts for a diverse clientele, concentrating efforts on lowering overall part costs while increasing part quality and providing superior customer service.
